1,762 Rides Donated to Dress For Success

Last week, we came to you with a challenge: give us your best interview tips, and we’ll donate one Lyft ride per tip to Dress for Success, an organization that provides career support and development for disadvantaged women. Our goal was to donate 1,000 rides.

Within days, you blew our goal out of the water. Support flooded in from CEOs, corporations, and inspiring women all over the nation. Here are some of our favorites:

Accelerating the Lyft Movement

Today, we’re announcing a major step forward in our mission to reconnect people and communities through better transportation.

With an additional $530 million in funding, led by Rakuten, we will accelerate more quickly toward a world where every seat is filled and every driver and passenger is empowered to join together in improving our economy, environment and local communities.
